Indian Ridge Country Club is a master planned, guard-gated, golf course community developed by Sunrise Colony Company. There are 1,068 homes. The Indian Ridge Country Club is a private club with a large fitness facility, lap pool, tennis, and two 18 hole championship, Arnold Palmer designed courses, The Arroyo and The Grove. Indian Ridge began development in 1992. The 467 homes comprising roughly the northerly half of the community have been developed as condominiums and are governed by a separate condominium homeowners association known as the 'HOA'. Beginning in 1997, individually deeded lots and homes were sold in a legal form known as a planned unit development or 'PUD'. The Indian Ridge PUD Homeowners Association was formed to govern the PUD portion of the community which includes a total of 601 homes.
