MHCC East - Deane Homes
Mission Hills East, also referred to as the Deane Homes section, is a lovely community within Mission Hills Country Club.  It is on fee land.

Desert Falls is a guard gated, golf course community consisting of 5 unique sections:  Two single family home areas, The Estates and The Links, and three condominium communities The Courtyards, The Villas, and  Original Desert Falls (aka Olde Desert Falls) with a combined total of 1084 units.  The 72 par, Ronald Freame designed course, is semi-private; offering a friendly membership and Top 10 rated golf course, or pay-as-you-play opportunities.  For more information check out Desert Falls Country Club website.

Indian Ridge
Indian Ridge Country Club is a master planned, guard-gated, golf course community developed by Sunrise Colony Company.  There are 1,068 homes.  The Indian Ridge Country Club is a private club with a large fitness facility, lap pool, tennis, and two 18 hole championship, Arnold Palmer designed courses, The Arroyo and The Grove.  For more information about the club's facilities, check out the Indian Ridge Country Club website.

Indian Ridge began development in 1992.  The 467 homes comprising roughly the northerly half of the community have been developed as condominiums and are governed by a separate condominium homeowners association known as the 'HOA'.  Beginning in 1997, individually deeded lots and homes were sold in a legal form known as a planned unit development or 'PUD'.  The Indian Ridge PUD Homeowners Association was formed to govern the PUD portion of the community which includes a total of 601 homes.
